We are providers of set plans and custom drafting services, specialising in environmentally conscious designs, and are located near Ballarat & Daylesford in central Victoria, Australia. Our plans are available for use throughout Victoria.

We have been in the Building Industry for 15 years and have become known for our unconventional and detailed designs. All our plans are drawn using Computer Aided Design which facilitates clarity and comprehension.
For those who want the challenge of building their own home we have a range of set plans for owner builders who are mindful of environmental issues and who need to work to a strict budget.
We have easy to build owner-builder plans (Aries & Aquarius: mudbrick, pise,straw bale or stone; Taurus & Gemini: timber frame which can be clad in corrugated iron, plywood, weatherboard or any other suitable material.)
We enclose a set of step by step instructions to assist those with little building experience.
