Gemini, with a floor area of 123m² another timber frame dwelling, suitable claddings include weatherboard & corrugated iron is similar to Taurus but has three bedrooms, one of which includes an ensuite. There is an hall/office/study area on the North side. Depending on usage, a window could be installed in the office instead of a door.

Plans include: floorplan, slabplan, roofplan, elevations, sections plus construction details, specification sheets which include timber sizing for up to wind category N4, framing designs with detailed dimensioning

.The slab plans offer alternatives for different soil classifications. Comprehensive construction notes are also provided.

Gemini is available in two versions:

Pitched roof

with a roof pitch of 35 degrees and gable ends.

Skillion roof

which has a 3 degree slope. This version is easier to build.
