`Haru' is a japanese style three to four bedroom house. Partially single & partially two storey it would look equally well in a rural or urban environment. Given the correct orientation all the bedrooms will receive morning sun. The main bathroom faces east also & has room enough for a spa bath. Wide eaves add to the oriental look and provide summer shade for the North facing windows. The total floor area is 177m².

Plans include: floorplan, stump plan, roofplan, elevations, sections, specification sheets which include timber sizing for up to wind category N4. The stump plans offer alternatives for different soil classifications. General construction notes are also provided.
