Similar in appearance to `haru', this has a slightly smaller main dwelling with two bedrooms, and an attached two storey studio with a bedroom with ensuite. Given the correct orientation all bedrooms catch the morning sun.

It is designed for privacy of the two parts,the studio flat being separated by a two floor deck/balcony area. Partially single & partially two storey, it would look equally well in a rural or urban environment. Given the correct orientation all the bedrooms will receive morning sun. The main bathroom faces east also & has room enough for a spa bath. Wide eaves add to the oriental look and provide summer shade for the North facing windows. The total floor area is 165m².
